<p>This is a mostly a bug and security fix release, although a couple of small features are also in it. It includes the following improvements, amongst others:</p>

    <li>fix problem when using Oracle as database</li>
    <li>use system-wide date format in the user profile for the registration date</li>
    <li>fixed a couple of bugs in the mail sending code</li>
    <li>made a couple of changes for Wildfly compatibility</li>
    <li>fix Commons FileUpload vulnerability</li>
    <li>added Admin Config option to disable private messages</li>
    <li>fixed an XSS vulnerability</li>
</ul>

<p>Everyone should upgrade. A Servlet 3.1 container, like Tomcat 8 or newer, running on Java 8 or newer, is required.</p>
